This wooded path takes you from the Salt Pond Vistors Center to Coast Guard Beach.  There are a few mild hills.  A highlight is the boardwalk across a salt marsh near the beach end of the trail.  To get to Nauset Light, the Three Sisters, and Nauset Light Beach, just follow the road up the coast (north on Ocean View Drive) for about a mile from Coast Guard Beach.
